Homework for 11/15/2020

Dear parents, Here are the home works assigned by class level for each of the Telugubadi students. All these home works are due on November 15th, 2020.  Please make sure that your children complete this home work before the next class.  Prathamika - 1 1. Learn to write a to aha without seeing the text book.  2. Learn the vegetables in Telugu pg#45 3. Learn 1-40 numbers fluently in Telugu. Prathamika - 2 1. Prepare for dictation for words on page 114. 2. Be prepared to talk 5 sentences about Diwali and how you celebrated. 3. Sagan and Sravya - trace and practice letters until ప, ఫ, బ, భ, మ  4. Other kids - explain about an animal in 3 sentences in Telugu. 5. Listen to Janaganamana (Indian National Anthem). We will be reciting at the end of the class from next week onwards. Madhyama - 1 1. Finish pages 92,93 2. Prepare a shirt story to tell in Telugu. Madhyama - 2   1. Memorize the meanings of the words learnt in today’s class( Page 34) and practice writing each word 10 times 2.  Write 5

Final Exam and Graduation

Dear parents, The final exam for the 2018-2019 Telugubadi is on May 5th, 2019. Please make sure that the children are all well prepared for the final tests. Poem Recitation and Elocution Competitions

We would like to invite your children to participate in these competitions as part of our Graduation Celebrations and make the event more colorful. Here are the rules for participation (participant must be in the age group as of 5/15/2019): Poem Recitation. Participant can select any poem - the poem must be rendered with clear pronunciation and an explanation of the meaning. Additional points may be awarded by the judges for reciting the poem using a raga. Age groups for participation: Below 7 years Above 7 years Elocution:  Participant must choose a topic from the list provided for the age group.
